Freya McLeod (born 1996) is an internet based artist, filmmaker and fashion designer.  

I utilise a wide variety of methods  including traditional oil painting techniques, computer coding, and videography. Whatever medium I use, the core material is “de-construction”.

My work is centred around my endless notes-to-self which I began deconstructing in 2019.  The core of my artistic practice is my urge to re-present words from the past. Images count as words. Sometimes thoughts do too. 

I construct surrealist dreamscapes inspired by the history of advertising, esoteric concepts, and symbolism in the most general sense of the word.
